As a mother of two teenagers and happily married for over 23 years, family life has taught me from the inside about the value of conscious relationships, loving parenting, and the importance of cultivating healthy, harmonious bonds.

Over 25 years ago, I left my native country to live a profound transformative experience away from my roots. That international journey not only gave me a unique multicultural sensitivity but also a great empathy for those who go through processes of change far from home, facing emotional, cultural, and personal challenges.

My entrepreneurial and creative spirit flourished for more than a decade as a professional photographer running my own business. That stage of my life connected me with the challenges and opportunities of reinventing oneself, and it gave me practical tools and much inspiration to now guide those who wish to make a change in their personal or professional lives.

At heart, I am also an educator. My years as a teacher have given me a structured, clear, and didactic approach, which I now lovingly apply to each guidance process, adapting to the unique pace of each person and ensuring that the transformation is as profound as it is accessible.

My training path has been as diverse as it has been enriching. I am a life coach and have specialized in Biological Decoding and Energy Healing, and I am currently studying Family Constellations. This integration allows me to address conflicts from their deepest roots—emotional, energetic, and familial—facilitating real, sustainable, and transformative changes.

Furthermore, my own self-healing story is one of the foundations of my work. I naturally overcame an autoimmune disease—psoriasis—that conventional medicine considers incurable. This experience turned me into a living testament to the power of holistic healing when we learn to listen to ourselves and trust our inner process.

Finally, my background in Human Resources allows me to offer an integrated approach to human development. I have a deep understanding of the processes of conscious leadership, emotional management, and the creation of collaborative environments, both personally and professionally.
